From the moment I called to enquire about how to arrange a funeral for my mum they swept me up and looked after me and more importantly, my mum. They gently guided me through the process of planning mum’s final goodbye and took care of every little detail. On the day of the funeral, Ally looked gorgeous in her finery and the whole team gently guided us in and out of the church, to the graveside in pouring rain and even had a brolly ready to shield us from the torrential rain that decided to show up right as it was time to bury mum. The whole team are respectful, kind, genuinely caring and showed that this is not just a job for them but a vocation and something they really care about doing well. I cannot thank them enough for helping us give my mum the send off we wanted for her and that everyone said was absolutely perfect on the day.
